One self-contained storage index page

Self-contained by necessity: served straight off a bucket, so no external stylesheet, font or script can be referenced.

ga4_id

GA4 measurement id (e.g. "G-XXXXXXXXXX"). When set, the page head carries the gtag.js snippet with content_group = "storage", the same shape as the project's other products so one stream spans them all. NULL (default) emits no script and the HTML is unchanged.
