Index the store of original surfaces

Twin of cog_store_index(): ONE recursive listing into a set so "already published?" is a lookup. Both .tif and .pmtiles are indexed.

Arguments

ds_key

restrict to one dataset's prefix, or NULL for the whole store

bucket

S3 URI of the atlas root

aws

path to the aws CLI

character vector of hash values already present
