The grid a release's cell_id values index, read from the connection

Resolution order: the cell_grid table written beside cell_model, then the presence of lon/lat on cell (v8+ carry them, v1-v7 do not). Never guessed from row counts – a wrong grid does not error, it relocates the polygon.
