Validate a store catalog (assets.parquet)

One row per stored object. Errors (never warns) on: a missing column; a duplicated key; a key that is not {cog/<grid>|native/<ds>}/<16 hex>.<tif|pmtiles>; store/grid_id/ds_key that disagree with the key; a .pmtiles that is not asset_type = "pmtiles"; and, for every row with a content_hash, a key hash that is not content_hash_encoded(content_hash, enc)
